Why I think it’s so fun to write Sparky with a French accent, I have no idea. Maybe it’s the French Pom in the camera commercials with the tennis star - I now hear all small dogs talking with a French accent. Technically, Sparky is 1/2 Mexican and 1/2 Japanese. But I don’t know how to type in a Mexican accent.
